Once nominations are closed the organisers will review them and create a shortlist.

Those who have been shortlisted will be asked to submit a profile. The profile can consist of text, photographs and video . It does not have to have all 3.

Profiles will then be made public where likes and comments from the public can be added.

Once this stage is over the profiles will then be given to our judges who will score each profile.

The profile with the highest score from the judges will win that category.

LIKES on shortlisted profiles WILL NOT be taken into account as part of the judging. We have taken into account that some individuals or organisations have fewer followers and supporters than others and we do not wish anyone to be discouraged by having a voting system.

Comments on post will be seen by the judges and they MAY take them into account when deciding their score.
